Pre-congress psychosocial academy training sessions PRICING:

• Please note the recordings of the virtual sessions will automatically be provided access at individual session registrants by September 15 PENDING QUALITY of recording.

• In-person Academy Workshop (1 day): $250

• In-person Academy Workshop (1/2 day): $175
• Virtual Academy Workshop (1/2 day): $125

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. $50 CDN for any Congress cancellation up to two weeks in advance. ($10 admin fee per pre-congress workshop cancellations)

2. People can transfer from in-person to virtual up to two weeks in advance. In those cases, we will charge difference for those going from virtual to in-person OR refund difference from those going to in-person to virtual. No admin fee to make change. However, if you are presenting, you cannot change presentation format (from virtual to in-person, or in-person to virtual) after June 15, 2022.

3. UNLESS COVID restrictions IN CANADA change in the two weeks leading-up to the congress, no refunds in the two weeks prior. People wanting to switch from in-person to virtual DO NOT get refunded for the difference (but can still change); people wanting to change from virtual to in-person less than two weeks before can SPACE PERMITTING. However, if you are presenting, you cannot change presentation format (from virtual to in-person, or in-person to virtual) after June 15, 2022.
